IshaSQL Pro passes are prepaid and non-recurring. There is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel. Your Pro access simply ends on the pass end date unless you renew or extend it.

We offer a 7-day no-questions refund on your first pass purchase. Email manish@bhairaviworks.com from the email address on your IshaSQL account and include the payment date or Razorpay payment ID if you have it.

Repeat purchases and extension purchases are not refundable except for duplicate charges, payment mistakes, or other billing errors. If something looks wrong, contact us and we will review it fairly.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks and payment providers typically take 5-7 business days to show the refund after it is processed.

Refund requests do not require you to close your free IshaSQL account. Starter access remains available after a refunded or expired Pro pass.
